Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed at least HSLC (10th Standard) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/Institution.
- Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 65 years as on the last date of application submission.
- Residency & Property: Must be a permanent resident of the concerned village and possess land/immovable property registered in their name within that village.
- Small Family Norms: Candidate must not have more than 2 living children from single or multiple partners.
- Character: Must be a person of good character, physically/mentally fit, and not convicted by any court of law.
